To request deletion of your AESY account, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your AESY account at https://app.aesy.ai.
2. Navigate to Profile Settings.
3. Locate the Danger Zone section.
4. Select the account deletion option and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

Requesting account deletion starts a 30-day deactivation period.

• Subscription cancellation: All active subscription cycles will be cancelled immediately.
• 30-day recovery period: You can reactivate your account at any time during the 30-day deactivation period.
• Permanent deletion: After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Yes. You can reactivate your account at any time during the 30-day deactivation period to cancel the pending deletion, subject to the available account reactivation process.
