Version: 1.0.3 | Effective: 10/28/2026

Last Updated: October 28, 2026
Effective Date: October 28, 2026

Welcome to aesy.ai ("AESY", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the https://aesy.ai and https://app.aesy.ai websites, platforms, AI prompt libraries, workflow utilities, applications, APIs, and related digital services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

A. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

B. Authority

If you access or use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

C. Compliance with Applicable Laws

You agree to use the Services in strict accordance with applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, third-party platform rules, and these Terms.

2. Services Overview

AESY provides a digital AI productivity ecosystem that may include:

  • Curated AI prompt libraries, prompt engineering templates, and generative AI guides.
  • AI tools directories, reviews, showcases, and comparative specifications.
  • Automated business and developer workflows and productivity utilities.
  • AI-powered features, integrations, and related applications.
  • Newsletters, tutorials, and community collaboration features.

Features may vary according to availability, account status, subscription plan, geographic location, and technical requirements. We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services subject to applicable law.

3. Accounts, Authentication, and Security

A. Account Registration

Certain features require you to create an account or authenticate your identity. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or create an account through automated or unauthorized means.

B. Third-Party and Social Authentication

AESY allows you to create or access an account using supported third-party identity and social sign-in providers (such as Google, LinkedIn, GitHub, X, Facebook, and other supported platforms).

When you choose to sign in through a third-party social or identity provider:

  1. The selected provider authenticates your identity and shares authorized profile information (such as your name, email address, profile picture URL, and unique account identifier) according to the permissions you grant.
  2. AESY uses this information strictly to authenticate you, create or link your AESY account, maintain your user profile, protect platform security, and deliver requested features (such as saving custom prompts and workflows).
  3. We request only the minimal necessary profile scopes required for authentication. Signing in through a third-party social provider does not grant AESY access to your private files, messages, contacts, or unrelated personal content.

C. Provider Policies and Platform Compliance

We handle all information received through third-party authentication and social identity providers in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable data protection laws, and each respective platform's developer policies and API terms of service.
  • No Selling or Advertising: Third-party user data and authentication credentials are never sold, leased, rented, or shared with third parties for independent advertising or marketing purposes.
  • No Unauthorized AI Training: Personal user data obtained through third-party authentication services is never used to develop, improve, fine-tune, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning foundation models without explicit consent.

D. Revoking Authentication Permissions

You may manage or revoke permissions granted to third-party identity providers at any time through the respective platform's account security settings (e.g., through your Google, LinkedIn, GitHub, X, or Facebook account settings). Revoking permissions terminates the third-party sign-in connection but does not automatically delete your AESY account. To delete your account, follow Section 3.F.

E. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] or [email protected] if you detect unauthorized access or a suspected security breach.

F. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your AESY account and associated personal data at any time by visiting: https://app.aesy.ai/settings/profile

Upon confirmation, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

G. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account without prior notice if we determine that the user has violated these Terms, engaged in abuse, or violated the Acceptable Use Policy outlined below.

4. AI-Generated Outputs and Safety Disclaimers

A. Nature of Artificial Intelligence

The Services utilize generative artificial intelligence, machine learning models, and algorithmic prompt optimization techniques. AI-generated outputs, recommendations, code snippets, and workflow results may occasionally contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases. Outputs may vary across requests even with identical inputs.

B. No Professional Advice

The Services and all AI outputs are provided for educational, creative, and productivity purposes only. They do not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, or architectural advice.

C. User Responsibility to Review

You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and verifying prompts, code snippets, workflows, and AI outputs before relying on them or deploying them in production or commercial applications.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

A. AESY Intellectual Property

Except for rights expressly granted to you, AESY and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, platform designs, codebases, branding, logos, trademarks, and original platform materials.

B. User Content and Contributions

You retain ownership of original content, prompts, workflows, reviews, and feedback that you create and submit to the Services ("User Content").

C. License to AESY

By submitting User Content, you grant AESY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, adapt, and execute that content strictly to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the Services. Where you choose to publish content publicly in community sections, this license allows AESY to display that content to other users.

Any attempt to generate such content will result in immediate account termination, blacklisting, and reporting to law enforcement authorities (including NCMEC).

  • Conduct automated web scraping, data mining, or unauthorized bulk extraction of prompt libraries or tool catalogs.
  • Tamper with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the infrastructure, APIs, rate limits, or security mechanisms of AESY.
  • Infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

D. Enforcement and Termination

AESY reserves the right to monitor prompts and platform activity for compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy. Any violation of these safety clauses will result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account, forfeiture of any active subscription, and potential legal action or reporting to law enforcement authorities.

7. Third-Party Integrations and Services

AESY connects with third-party AI model providers, social authentication providers, hosting infrastructure, APIs, and developer tools (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Stability AI, and others). Your use of features powered by external providers is also subject to their respective terms and usage policies. AESY is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or modifications implemented independently by third-party model providers.

8. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations

A. Subscriptions

Certain advanced features, prompt packs, or API workflow credits may require a paid subscription. Pricing and terms are clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
